Good stuff

You are doing great work, your ideas are splendid. My daughter-in-law for whose birthday I ordered them, was delighted. II have not seen the products, so I have no idea how they are. A little warmth is needed in the customer care, was a bit too distant and uninvolved. But the product ideas are excellent. Stay blessed.

Three stars .. can be more

Decent products and variety hence 3 stars.. comms n customer focused service needs major improvement. Delivery date is non-existent, shipping notification remain absent, discounts mentioned but never applied. Multiple follow ups needed only to get a vague response. Customer service needs major uplift !!
