This website is operated by Lemonade, trading as Lemonade India, a personalised gifting and stationery brand based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Our website is lemonadeindia.com.

Use of this website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to reproduce or distribute any content from this website without our written permission, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders and contract

When you place an order on lemonadeindia.com, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Lemonade India is formed only when we confirm your order and accept your payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued. This may occur due to pricing errors, stock or material unavailability, or production limitations.

All orders are prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Personalisation and customer content

When you submit text, names, logos, or artwork for personalisation, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use the content you submit.

  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.

  • The content does not include any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, malicious, harassing, libelous, or otherwise objectionable or illegal material.

  • You are solely responsible for any content you submit and for the product and its utilisation. Lemonade India accepts no liability for personalisation content provided by the customer.

Lemonade India does not print designs belonging to Government bodies, Government Authorities, or quasi-government bodies. The customer is solely accountable and liable if any submitted content is found to be offensive, harmful, or in violation of applicable law. Lemonade India does not verify ownership or licensing of any submitted artwork.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. Lemonade India does not store card or payment details.

International orders may be subject to currency conversion charges by your bank or card provider. These charges are your responsibility.

  • Payment link surcharge:

    A 3% surcharge will be applied to all payments made via payment links.

  • GST invoices:

    If you require a GST invoice, please inform us before your order is dispatched. We are unable to amend invoice details after dispatch.

Packaging options

The following packaging options are available at the time of ordering:

Packaging add-ons must be requested at the time of ordering. We are unable to accommodate packaging changes after an order has been placed.

Making timelines and delivery

All products are made to order. Making timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Your total delivery time is the sum of making time and shipping time.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lemonade India does not collect or prepay these charges.

Lemonade India is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or public health events.

Personalisation terms

The following terms apply to all personalised orders placed on lemonadeindia.com:

  • All personalised products are made from scratch specifically for you. Production begins only once your order is confirmed and, where applicable, your design has been approved.

  • Your order will be produced exactly as entered at checkout. Lemonade India is not responsible for errors in spelling, capitalisation, dates, or any other personalisation details submitted by the customer.

  • If we raise a design query and do not receive a response within 3 working days after 3 contact attempts, the order will be closed for no reply. Orders closed for no reply are not eligible for a refund. We will reach out to you via email and/or WhatsApp to the number provided at billing.

  • Each order includes up to 3 minor design changes at no cost. Additional changes beyond the first 3 are charged at ₹999 per change.

  • Design previews are available on request after an order is placed and confirmed with an order number. Previews are not provided before an order is placed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a preview to be prepared. Your order will be on hold until you confirm the design, and the making timeline begins only after your approval. We will reach out to you via email and/or WhatsApp to the number provided at billing.

  • Changes and cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have begun and no modifications are possible.

  • Every product has a fixed print or engraving area. Text size may be adjusted to fit the available space. Longer text will appear smaller; shorter text will appear larger. This is standard and not a defect.

  • Our products are handcrafted individually. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or alignment are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Accepted file formats for logos:

    Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF (vector), SVG, and high-resolution PNG. AI-generated images, Canva exports, low-resolution JPEGs and screenshots are not accepted.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Marketing and communications

Lemonade India uses a range of marketing channels including advertisements, social media, email, and other communications to promote our products and services. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, product images, descriptions, or promotional details shared through these channels may occasionally differ from actual product specifications.

You may also interact with chatbot assistants during your experience with us. These are designed to help, but may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information. The official product description on our website will always take precedence over any other communication.

  • Lemonade India will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in external marketing material or chatbot interactions.

  • Before making a purchase, we always recommend reviewing the product details directly on our website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Intellectual property

All content on lemonadeindia.com including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding is the intellectual property of Lemonade India and is protected under applicable Indian law.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemonade India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
