We ship all non-personalized products within 48-72 working hours. And once it is shipped you will get a tracking link on your registered email or contact number.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Personalized -

We take 4-21 working days to custom create your order with your personalized details depending on the product you order.

After which we ship your order & the transit takes anywhere between 2-8 working days depending on your pin code.

Working days - Monday to Friday - Not including weekends and bank holidays.

We have Free Shipping for all orders over Rs 1999.
Rs 100 is added to the cart if the order value is under Rs 1999.

Yes, we do offer same-day shipping in Mumbai between Monday - Friday and except weekends, bank holidays + other national holidays and/or any other days that may be declared as a holiday by Lemonade. These orders can only be delivered on the same day if placed before 4 pm.

You cannot change your payment method once the package is in transit.
