- Unless otherwise stated on individual product pages, the following will inform you of your rights as our customer and will serve as a guide for how to handle any issues that may arise from your purchase.
- If you’d like a GST invoice, please let us know BEFORE dispatch. Post dispatch, we cant change the invoice details.
- There could be minute colour differences depending on the resolution of the device you access our website from.
- There may be slight variations in our mugs based on availability. Even if the product is the same, subtle differences may occur
- Our process involves manual work which also varies as per personalized name and category of the product chosen.
- By selecting the checkbox during the ordering process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
- Freebie - We offer freebies on ALL our orders. However, if there is no freebie in your order. Please get in touch with us and we will ensure your next order has one extra freebie. Please note, just a freebie cannot be shipped separately.
- Personal Note - We offer a free personal note (optional) in all our orders only when requested by the customer while placing the order. In case if you have not received your free notecard, we cannot send just the notecard.
- Pre-Designed - All products with text “Pre-Design” are Lemonade's custom made in-house designs which cannot be changed. However, we can make the same for you on order.
• A 3% surcharge will be applied to all payments made via payment links
• Any legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
- We DO NOT print designs belonging to Government/Government Authorities/quasi-government bodies. You are solely accountable/liable for the product and its utilization if it is found to be offensive, harmful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable or illegal.
Delivery Timeline
Non Personalized
- We ship all non personalized products within 48-72 working hours. And once it is shipped you will get a tracking link on your registered email or contact number.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Sale products (personalized or not) cannot be returned.
Same Day Delivery
- We offer exclusive Same Day Delivery in Mumbai Only for an additional cost. Please note, only products in the same day delivery section are available for this service. Navi Mumbai and Thane are not included in our SDD delivery region. Orders placed by 4:00pm are considered as SDD Orders. Any order placed after 4:00pm moves to next working day.
- SDD orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Personalized Orders
- We take 4- 21 working days to custom create your order with your personalized details depending on the product you order.
- After which we ship your order & the transit takes anywhere between 2-8 working days depending on your pin code and there can be dynamic delays which are caused due to processes & checks at our logistics partner.
- Working days - Monday to Friday - Not including weekends and bank holidays.
- Logo - If you have a logo that you would like for us to use on any product, please share the logo within 12 hours of placing your order please note we will require an Adobe Illustrator file (AI) or High Resolution PDF from you to print the same. Other formats are not compatible with our production processes.
- Personalized cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order.
- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. It can only be replaced in case of damage in transit.
- Emojis and other graphics are not possible to print.
- Printable area is restricted as per each product. The name/quote/text requested to print upon the product, will vary as per size, characters, and printable space.
International Orders -
Shipping rates will vary according to the country/city the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which if more than 1.5Kg we will let you know.
Customers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. We are not be responsible for delays during customs check.
Returns, cancelations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
Terms of Delivery
If you have ordered an assortment of products which has different manufacturing timelines, we will ship your entire order together once we receive all your ordered products from production. Please note the courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.
Please note that each product will closely resemble the image provided; however, exact replication is not guaranteed. Even for repeat orders, slight variations may occur. If you have specific requirements or preferences, we encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order.
- Shipping Charges - Free Shipping for all orders over Rs 1999.
Rs 100 is added to the cart if the order value is under Rs 1999. Updated International charges are available on cart page.
- Methods of Delivery - We have tie ups with our logistics channels and it is solely upto Lemonade to pick the courier best suited as per your pin code, dimensions, contents, country, International dynamic regulations etc.
- Split Ship - If you would like for us to split your shipment, please confirm with our team within 24-48 hours of placing your order. And we can arrange the same for you at additional cost.
- Delivery POC - Since we use a wide range of options to ensure your parcel is shipped carefully, we do not have the exact delivery executives number as they get assigned daily by the courier company we use to deliver in your respective pin-code.
- Damaged - if you have received your order in a damaged state please reach out to us within 24-36 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you share images of the order/product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product/order at no extra cost.
- Address change - You can change your address to anywhere in India before the date of dispatch. Please ensure the pin-code is full 6 digit. Please ensure landline numbers are not used as that will delay your delivery.
- Verification - You maybe asked to verify your shipment using an OTP or a signature method.

Once the parcel leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party courier services. Any issues related to shipping or delivery should be addressed directly with the courier company, as our responsibility lies solely in the production of your order. We do not provide courier or delivery services.
Refunds and Returns
Even though each package that leaves our warehouse has been through a thorough inspection, we do accept returns of the purchased goods under the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- If we issue a refund, we refund the product amount deducting the applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- Refunds will only be made back into the source account used to place the order.
- If you have availed of free shipping, standard shipping or any coupons will be deducted while refunding your amount.
- The refund policy is contingent on orders being shipped within the promised time frame.
- No returns or refunds will be given for items that have been used, or the packaging has been opened.
- It usually takes us anywhere from 1-7 days to receive the goods from the customer, so once the return has been approved, the refund will take 3-5 working days to be fulfilled.
Customers will receive an update on the status of their return and refund once the goods have been received.
After deducting the cost of shipping and any applicable taxes, the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used for the purchase and a notification will be sent via email OR WhatsApp. - We do not offer return pickups for any of our products, if you would like to return any product we request you to arrange the same from your end. Please note that the product should reach us in perfect condition without any damage in transit. Upon receiving we will perform a quality check within 24-48 working hours. Once QC passed we will issue your refund.
- Products that have been customized cannot be returned since they were specially made for you with your requested details.
- We do not accept products that may cause concern for hygiene such as eye masks, cutlery, drinkware, or anything else that may require physical contact.
- If a product is out of stock, we can only issue store credit for the same which is valid for 180 Days.
- If you have received a damaged product in your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.
We can offer: A replacement of your damaged products at no extra cost or a refund of the damaged products.
Please note: Courier charges (if your order is under Rs 1999) will not be refunded as they directly go to our logistics provider.
Types of packaging
- Standard - Our Standard Packaging includes a regular gift wrap around your outer order box.
- Special - Get your gifts packed in our Seasonal Special Packaging, ideal for personal and family gifting.
- Premium box - Make your gifts extra special with our luxury and premium gift boxes (Colour of boxes as per availability)
