Refund & Return Policy..

Every product from Lemonade India is made to order and personalised specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No returns on personalised items

Every product at Lemonade India is made from scratch, just for you. Because each piece is personalised with your name, initials, logo, or custom text, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

We put a lot of care into making sure every order is exactly right. We do ask that you read through your personalisation details carefully before placing your order, so we can get it right the first time.

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the error is on our side or your order arrives damaged. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

Cancellations

We completely understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it and we will do everything we can to help. After this window, production may have already begun and we may not be able to cancel.

The quickest way to reach us is via WhatsApp at +91 93215 72629. The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of catching it in time.

If your order is open or pending any action from our side, we will reach out to you via email and/or WhatsApp to the number provided at billing.

Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may move into production by Monday morning. If you need to cancel, please reach out as early as possible and we will try our best.

Damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@lemonadeindia.com. or via WhatsApp.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Wrong item or missing products

We take great care packing every order, but we know that occasionally things can go wrong. If you receive a wrong item or find that something is missing from your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of what you received.

All claims for wrong or missing items are verified against the booked weight of your order at the time of dispatch. This helps us confirm what was packed and shipped, and ensures we can resolve your query as fairly and accurately as possible.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or find the best resolution for you at no additional cost.

Errors in personalisation

We produce every order exactly as entered at checkout, so please do take a moment to review your personalisation details, spelling, capitalisation, and any special characters before confirming your purchase. We want to get it perfect for you.

If the error is on our side that is, if we have produced something different from what you submitted we will replace the item at no cost to you, no questions asked.

Order confirmation and unconfirmed payments

Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order number from us. If you have completed a payment but have not received an order number, your order has not been confirmed on our end.

In this case, please do not worry. Your refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway within 5 to 7 banking days. You do not need to take any action. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please reach out to us and we will help investigate.

Refunds by Lemonade India

A full refund will be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Lemonade India cancels your order due to a production issue or inability to fulfil it to our standard.

  • The product you received is verified as damaged due to a manufacturing defect and a replacement is not possible.

  • The wrong item was delivered and a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds are processed for the product amount after deducting applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • Refunds are made only to the source account used to place the order. We are unable to process refunds to a different account or payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of approval.

Shipping and delivery

Personalisation timelines and delivery timelines are not the same thing. Your making time is how long it takes us to produce your order. Shipping time is how long the courier takes to deliver it. Your total delivery time is the sum of both. Please refer to our Personalisation Policy for making timelines by product type.

  • Shipping charges:

    Free shipping on all orders above Rs 1,999. A flat Rs 100 shipping charge is added to orders below Rs 1,999. For international orders, current shipping charges are visible on the cart page.

  • Customs duties and import taxes:

    Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lemonade India does not collect, predict, or prepay these charges. If an order is refused or undeliverable due to non-payment of duties, Lemonade India will not be liable for the loss of that shipment.

  • Courier selection:

    We work with multiple logistics partners. The courier used for your order is selected at our sole discretion based on your pin code, order dimensions, contents, destination, and applicable regulations.

  • Assorted orders:

    If your order includes products with different manufacturing timelines, we will ship everything together once all items are ready from production.

  • Split shipping: 

    If you would like your order split into separate shipments, please confirm with our team within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Split shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery attempts:

    Our courier partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure your contact number is reachable and correct at checkout.

  • Delivery contact:

    Because couriers assign delivery executives daily based on pin code, we are unable to provide an individual delivery executive's contact number in advance.

  • Address changes: 

    You may change your delivery address to anywhere in India before the date of dispatch. Please ensure the pin code is the full 6-digit format and avoid using landline numbers as the contact, as this can delay delivery.

  • Verification:

    You may be asked to verify receipt of your order via OTP or signature depending on the courier partner.

Design changes

Your order includes up to 3 minor design changes at no extra cost, applicable only when a design preview has been requested and shared. Any additional changes beyond the first three are charged at Rs 999 per change.

Design changes are only possible before production begins. Once your order is in production, no changes can be made.

Non-personalised items

For non-personalised (pre-design) items, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Just reach out to us and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
