Non-Personalized Products: Require 2–3 days for production

Personalized Products: Require 8–14 working days for production before dispatch. Customers will receive a shipping notification once the order is sent out.
Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the courier service. Typically, it takes 4–5 days after the product is dispatched.
- Delays: During holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high shipping volumes. Please place your orders accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Use the registered email ID and order ID provided in your confirmation email to track your order status.

Domestic Orders (India):

Orders above ₹1999 qualify for free shipping.

Orders below ₹1999 incur a flat rate of ₹100, added automatically at checkout.

Orders above ₹10,000 incur a shipping charge of ₹100.
International Orders:

Charges vary by weight, destination, and courier. Rates are displayed at checkout, but may vary once the order is ready is for dispatch
Delivery Method

The shipping method is determined by your PIN code and the availability of our logistics partners.

We do not offer third-party delivery services like WeFast/Borzo by default.

Liability: Once your order has been handed over to the courier company for delivery, all liability for the package passes to you, the customer.
