Shipping  Policy.

Every Lemonade India product is made to order. Your total delivery time is the sum of two parts: the time it takes us to make your order, and the time it takes the courier to deliver it. These are separate and both matter.

Making time vs shipping time

The timelines shown on product pages and at checkout refer to making time only — the number of working days required to produce your order before it is dispatched.

Shipping time is calculated separately based on your location and is added on top of the making time. Your total delivery time is:

Making time + Shipping time = Total delivery time.A specific delivery date cannot be promised or guaranteed.

Making timelines

Making timelines vary by product and are displayed on each product page. As a general guide:

Express Products

24 working hours

Items marked "Ships in 24 Hours" dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation.

Standard Personalised

3–7 days

Most personalised products. Exact timeline shown on product page.

Stamps & Embossers

5–10 days

Custom stamps, wax seals, embossers and heat stamps.

Bulk / Corporate

Confirmed at order

Timeline agreed upon at the time of placing your bulk order.

Working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Domestic shipping — India

All India orders are shipped via third-party courier partners. We optimise the courier selection based on your pin code, order dimensions, contents, and destination. We are unable to guarantee or promise a specific courier company for your order.

  • Metro cities:

    typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Non-metro and Tier 2/3 cities:

    typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote locations:

    may take longer. Serviceability depends on the courier partner.

  • Free shipping

    on all orders above Rs 1,999. A flat Rs 100 shipping charge applies to orders below Rs 1,999.

  • A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at lemonadeindia.com/apps/trackyourorder.

International shipping

Lemonade India ships to 35+ countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via courier partners and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees.

  • International shipping charges are calculated dynamically and are displayed on the cart page.

  • Customs duties and import taxes

    are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lemonade India has no control over these charges and cannot predict or prepay them.

  • Restricted items:

    Some items may be restricted or prohibited from being shipped to certain countries due to international regulations. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis if this affects your order. We will reach out to you via email and/or WhatsApp to the number provided at billing.

  • Indian contact number required (for orders shipping to India):

    If you are based outside India and are placing an order for delivery to an address in India, please provide a valid Indian mobile number at checkout. Our courier partners require a local Indian contact number for delivery coordination. Orders without a reachable Indian number may face delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

  • Estimated international delivery: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.

  • Lemonade India is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import regulations, or local postal services.

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs non-payment or incorrect address, Lemonade India is not liable for the loss of that shipment.

  • Damages in transit (international):

    If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photographs. We will do our best to resolve it.

Address accuracy and changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order — correct pin code (full 6 digits), flat/door number, building name, and a reachable mobile number. Please do not use landline numbers as the contact, as this can delay delivery.

You may change your delivery address to anywhere in India before the date of dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 93215 72629  to request an address change. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

Incorrect pin code:If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect pin code, we will attempt redelivery. A charge of Rs 99 will apply to cover the cost of the reattempt shipment.

Delivery attempts and failed delivery

Our courier partners will make3 attemptsto deliver your order. Please ensure your contact number is reachable and someone is available to receive the package.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order will be returned to us.

  • If the return is due to an incorrect pin code, a Rs 99 charge will apply to reattempt delivery.

  • Verification:

    For security reasons, higher-value orders may require OTP or signature verification upon delivery. If you are unavailable and unable to verify, the package may be held at the courier's local depot or returned to us, with additional shipping fees applicable for re-delivery.

  • Delivery executive contact:

    Because couriers assign delivery executives daily based on pin code, we are unable to provide a specific delivery executive's contact number in advance.

  • Split shipments:

    If you would like your order split into separate shipments, please confirm with our team within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Split shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Assorted orders:

    If your order includes products with different making timelines, we will ship everything together once all items are ready from production. We do not split ship by default.

Liability after dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Lemonade India's direct liability for the package transfers to the courier partner. This means we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur once the courier has taken possession of your order.

We will provide tracking information and assist in raising complaints with the courier on your behalf. However, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier for delivery issues once the package is in transit.

We take care to pack every order securely. If you believe your order was damaged due to our packaging rather than courier handling, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will investigate.

Third-party pickup services

We do not offer pickup services via third-party platforms such as WeFast or Borzo. If you prefer to arrange your own pickup via such a service, the associated cost is entirely your responsibility. Lemonade India will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such arrangements.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the link provided or through our order tracking page.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the courier partner directly in the first instance, and then reach out to us at customersupport@lemonadeindia.com within 48 hours of the delivery date shown.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. Resolution timelines depend on the courier partner's investigation process.

Delays beyond our control

Lemonade India will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control including weather conditions, customs delays, courier issues, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Pre-orders and peak seasons

Certain products may have extended making timelines due to material availability or seasonal demand. These timelines are displayed at the time of purchase.

During peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Rakhi), making timelines may be extended. Updated timelines are communicated on the website and at checkout.

Payment and invoicing

  • Prepaid only:

    All orders on lemonadeindia.com are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

  • GST invoice:

    If you require a GST invoice, please let us know before your order is dispatched. We are unable to amend invoice details after dispatch.

Design charges

For personalised design requests, a design fee of Rs 999 applies per change beyond the first 3 revisions included with your order. Our designers dedicate time and expertise to each design, and this fee is non-refundable once work has begun. While we make every effort to deliver the best possible outcome, the final product may vary based on the design output and production process. Lemonade India cannot be held liable if the final product does not meet personal expectations after production, provided it matches the approved design.

Packaging options

  • Gift wrapping:

    Available for Rs 99 per order. If you require individual gift wrapping for multiple units, Rs 99 applies per unit.

  • Premium box: 

    A premium custom box is available depending on your order size and requirements. Pricing varies. Please enquire at the time of placing your order.

  • Notecard: 

    A free notecard with your custom message can be added to your order. Add the message text at checkout or contact us after placing your order.

  • All packaging add-ons must be requested at the time of ordering. We are unable to accommodate packaging changes after an order has been placed.

Changes to this policy

Lemonade India reserves the right to update, modify or replace this Shipping Policy at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
