Extremely disappointed

Very poor customer service. No way to reach you other than whatsapp. Still haven't received my product but got a feedback form. Close to a month and haven't received my order. No response on WhatsApp when asked for cancellation .

Fun stuff

I ordered a custom ice stamp and the process was very clear. The design was first confirmed and then when there was an issue with quality, I was informed and the item arrived on the dot to the date suggested when I placed the order. My husband is very happy with the ice stamp and the quality of the stamp is very good.
