At Lemonade India, meaningful gifting also means being mindful of our impact. We actively support animal welfare NGOs and local artisans, and many of our seasonal campaigns include ethical collaborations that give back to the community. At every checkout, customers have the option to contribute to the welfare of stray cats in Pune through the Catrina Foundation, allowing them to support a good cause with every purchase.

While we’re not a fully zero-waste brand yet, sustainability is a core value in how we work and create. We are constantly evolving to do better by using recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible, sourcing responsibly, and choosing conscious practices over convenience.

1. What types of customisation do you offer?

We currently offer a variety of personalisation options depending on the product:

  • Initials – Clean and minimal customization for a sleek look
  • Logos – Ideal for corporate orders, events, and small businesses
  • Text – Custom quotes, messages, or short notes
  • Images – Available on select products like puzzles, postcards, etc.
  • Quotes – Customizable for cards, notebooks, and more
  • Designs – Personalized patterns and artwork for select products

We're always working to expand what you can customise! 

If your file is not usable / print-ready and you’d like our designer to create the artwork for you, we offer a design service at ₹999 (includes up to 3 rounds of alterations).

2. Where do I enter customization details while ordering?
  • You can input your personalization details directly on the product page.
  • The Personalization box is available just above the “Add to Cart” button.
  • You can find the customization details listed under each product
  • If you miss it, simply WhatsApp us your order number and customization details at 93215 72629.
3. Can I change my customisation details after placing an order?

Yes — within 12 hours. Here's how:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp 93215 72629  with your order number and updated details.
  • After 12 hours, your order goes into production and can no longer be edited or cancelled
4. Will I get a preview of the custom design before production?

Yes, we can share a preview — just:

  • Request it on WhatsApp 93215 72629 when placing the order.
  • We'll send you a draft before we begin production.

Note: Previews are only shared on request and within 12-48 working hours of placing the order. 

5. Can I request a fully custom product beyond the available options?
  • Yes! We love turning unique ideas into reality.

6. How does the Personalisation process work?

Each product has its own set of customisation options (text, images, logos or design preferences). Simply use the Personalisation Box on the product page to enter your details — and upload any artwork/photo/logo if required.

Popular personalised products include embossers, ribbons, stamps, mugs and gift hampers.

Once your order is placed:

  • Our team carefully handcrafts and processes the customisation
  • Engraving, printing and packaging are handled with detailed attention 
7.Liability towards designs
  • We DO NOT print designs belonging to Government/Government Authorities/quasi-government bodies. You are solely accountable/liable for the product and its utilization if it is found to be offensive, harmful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable or illegal.
  • If you are from a Government authority, we may also require an additional step of verifying and sharing the appropriate document granting you the right to use the design file.
8. Can I customize more than one Item in a single order?
  • Yes! You can personalize multiple items in one order with ease.
  • Each product page includes its own personalization field for names, messages, or design preferences.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping options?

Yes! We offer different types of gift wrapping:

  • Standard Gift Wrapping – simple, elegant packaging (wrapping service)
  • Premium Gift Wrapping – luxury wrapping with special finishes (wrapping service)
  • Customised Gift Wrap – this is a product (not a service), and can be purchased separately if you want personalised wrapping paper or tags.

10. What are the timelines for designing, production, and delivery?

Here’s what to expect once you place your order:

  • Designing: We spend 12–24 working hours preparing your custom design to ensure it’s just right.
  • Production: Depending on the product, crafting and manufacturing usually take 5–8 working days.
  • Delivery: Transit time ranges from 1–7 working days, based on your location’s pincode.
  • We ship all orders across India and internationally.
  •  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow its journey.
  • During seasonal/holiday surges, there may be a slight delay — but we’ll always keep you informed in advance ✅
 11. How do I track my order?
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp automatically.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info, your order is likely still being prepared or in production.
  • You can also track it manually using our Track Your Order page.
  • Enter your Order ID and registered Email ID to check the status.
  • Still need help? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93215 72629 with your Order ID and Email ID.
 12. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Order cancellations are possible but only within a limited timeframe:

  • You have 12 hours from placing your order to request cancellation.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp +91 93215 72629 with your order number or registered details to initiate cancellation.

After 12 hours, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

13. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
  • Yes — you can change your delivery address before the order is shipped.
  • Ideally, notify us within the first 12 hours of placing your order for the best chance to update it in time.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93215 72629 with your order number and the new address.
  • Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
14. How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Delivery timelines depend on the product type and location:

  •  🛠️ Personalised products: 5–7 working days to be handcrafted + dispatched
  •  📦 Non-personalised products: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days
  •  🚀 Mumbai deliveries: selected products are eligible for same-day delivery (small catalogue items — ₹300 wefast shipping charge applies)
  • If your order contains multiple items, we ship everything together once all items are ready
  • We always choose the fastest courier available based on your PIN code to ensure timely delivery
15. Do you provide urgent or express shipping options?

Because every item is made to order with care:

  • We do not offer express or urgent shipping.
  • However, if your order is ready sooner than expected, we’ll ship it immediately at no extra cost.
  • We also offer split shipping in case a particular product in your order is urgent — simply inform us within 24–48 hours of placing the order, and we’ll ship the available items first (additional shipping charges will apply)
  • If you’re based in Mumbai, we can ship select items locally. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • You’ll automatically receive your tracking link once it ships.
16. Is international shipping available?

Yes — we  have shipped to 32 countries worldwide but we ship all over the world

Here’s how it works:

  • Share your order details and full delivery address (including ZIP / postal code)
  • Shipping charges are volume-based and may vary depending on weight and destination
  • We’ll calculate and share the exact shipping cost with you before you complete your order
  • All custom duties and taxes are handled by us, so you won’t need to pay anything extra at delivery

17. Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
  • Yes, you can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
  • We ensure safe and beautiful packaging for direct deliveries.

Personalize your gift with:

  • A handwritten note card
  • Premium gift wrap service
  • Your name or message added to the product

Perfect for birthdays, Rakhi, anniversaries, or surprise pick-me-ups.

Want it to be a surprise? Mention it in the order notes—we’ll exclude the payment slip from the package.

1. What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

2. Where can I find your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy covers:

  • Design time: 12–24 working hours
  • Production: 5–8 working days
  • Delivery: 1–7 working days
  • Tracking provided once order is dispatched
  • Shipping across India and internationally

 Please make sure your delivery details and phone number are correct — in case of an RTO (return to origin) due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts (3 attempts), the return & re-shipping charges will be payable by the customer.

3. What is your return & refund policy?
  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect non-personalised products
  • All personalised products are custom-made, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a genuine issue (e.g. incorrect personalisation, major printing/engraving error, or damage during transit)
  • In case of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos / an unboxing video as proof — this helps us investigate and resolve it quickly
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund
  • Requests made after 24 hours or without valid proof may not be eligible for resolution

4. Do you accept orders for events or bulk gifting?
  • Yes — we cater to bulk, corporate and event-based orders
  • Ideal for weddings, corporate gifting, events and promotional campaigns
  • Items can be fully customised (logos, names, special messages, etc.)

  • No, we are an online-only store — shop from anywhere in India.
  • Our full range is available at www.lemonadeindia.com.
  • Explore personalized mugs, embossers, stationery, hampers, Rakhis & more.
  • No physical outlet yet, but our online store is secure and user-friendly.
  • Everything from product customization to order tracking can be done online.
  • We are also present at Broadway, Hyderabad — so if you’re from the city or visiting, do check it out!
