 Adobe Illustrator files (.ai or .eps) give us the best results and are strongly preferred. We also accept high-resolution PNG and PDF files. We do not accept AI-generated images or Canva exports, as these typically do not meet the resolution and quality standards required for clean production.

We will share a draft within 12 to 48 working hours. Please note that previews are not sent by default and are only prepared when specifically requested.

We offer 3 free rounds of design alterations. After that, each additional revision is charged at Rs 999. If your submitted file is not print-ready and you need our team to create artwork from scratch, this is also available at Rs 999, which includes the 3 free revision rounds.

You are solely accountable/liable for the product and its utilization if it is found to be offensive, harmful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable or illegal.
• If you are from a Government authority, we may also require an additional step of verifying and sharing the appropriate document granting you the right to use the design file.

You are fully responsible for the content, images, and designs you submit. We do not print content belonging to government authorities or quasi-governmental bodies without verified documentation. We also will not produce content that is offensive, harmful, illegal, or objection

• Because every screen is calibrated differently, the colours you see on your device may appear slightly different from the finished product.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. If you want it to be a surprise, mention it in the order notes and we will exclude the payment slip from the package.

For personalised products: we spend 12 to 24 working hours on design preparation, followed by 5 to 8 working days for production and handcrafting, and then 1 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your location.

For non-personalised products, dispatch typically happens within 2 to 3 working days. If your order contains multiple items, everything ships together once fully ready.

We do not offer standard express shipping because every item is made to order. However, if your order is completed ahead of schedule, we will dispatch it immediately at no extra charge.

Yes. If you need a specific item urgently, let us know within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order and we can ship available items first. Additional shipping charges will apply for the split delivery.
