Are returns free?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, We will arrange a free return from your doorstep.

What items can/cannot be returned?

You cannot return items that were personalized/monogrammed (since they were specially made for you), free gifts, promotional items with retail value, sale products & products purchased longer than 7 days after receiving the shipment. 

Also, personal products from Drinkware, Self Care & Accessories where contact raises a concern for hygiene cannot be returned. 

What if I received a damaged item?

Oops! We’re sorry. Send us an email with a picture of how you received the parcel at sales@lemonadeindia.com and we will take care of it. We can either replace the same for you/issue store credit or initiate a refund.

Do you offer express shipping/same-day shipping in Bombay?

Yes, we do offer same-day shipping in Mumbai between Monday - Friday and except bank holidays + other national holidays and/or any other days that may be declared as a holiday by Lemonade India. These orders can only be delivered on the same day if placed before 3 pm. 

Refund Policy.

Once your return has been approved and picked up please allow 5 business days for the product to reach us. Once the product reaches us, we will perform a quality check to ensure the product was not used + retained with its original packaging + tags if any. Once this process is completed we can either offer store credit/refund into your account depending on your choice.

How long is the store credit valid for?

Lemonade Store credit is valid for 180 days from the issue date.

Will my refund amount include shipping?

Our Free Shipping policy is over a certain amount. While processing refunds, this amount will be deducted as this goes straight to our courier partners. Your online refunds will happen into the same account it was debited from & COD returns will require personal bank information.

How can I initiate a refund?

You can reach out to us via sales@lemonadeindia.com with your order number and our team will take it from there depending on if the order was C.O.D or Prepaid.

Can I change the payment method after the order is placed?

You can change it before the package has left the warehouse, to check the same you can get in touch with us on sales@lemonadeindia.com or 9321572629. You cannot change your payment method once the package is in transit.

Shipping Timeline: 
We typically take 3-5 business days to ship all orders. Same Day Delivery available on all prepaid orders from Mumbai only.

Please note: Your order is processed within 2-3 working days at our warehouse. 
Once it’s shipped, we use third party courier companies which could result in a slightly longer delivery time than expected.
While we will try to use the fastest medium for your orders to reach you, we do not have any control on the time it takes in transit. Please use the tracking details shared with you via email to track your orders.

Shipping Charges:
We have Free Shipping for all online orders over Rs 899.
Rs 100 is added to the cart if the order value is under Rs 899 for online orders. 
Rs. 150 is added to the cart for all Cash on Delivery Orders.
