Shipping Timeline

Non-Personalized Products: Products that are not personalized are typically shipped within 48-72 working hours. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service.

Personalized Products: Orders containing personalized products require 4-21 working days for production, after which they are dispatched for delivery. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products within Mumbai if orders are placed before 4:00 PM. Same-day delivery is limited to specific areas, excluding Navi Mumbai and Thane, and cannot be canceled once placed.

Working days: Monday to Friday - Not including weekends and bank holidays.

In the event of an unusually high volume of orders, delivery and dispatch times may experience slight delays.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility

We have Free Shipping for all orders over Rs 1999.
Rs 100 is added to the cart if the order value is under Rs 1999.

Domestic Orders: Orders above ₹1999 qualify for free shipping within India. For orders below ₹1999, a flat rate of ₹100 will be added. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight, destination, and selected courier service.

The shipping method will be determined based on your PIN code and the availability of our logistics partner.

Please note that we do not offer services such as WeFast/Borzo. If you'd prefer to arrange a pick-up via WeFast, the associated cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer express shipping/same-day shipping in Bombay?

Yes, we do offer same-day shipping in Mumbai between Monday - Friday and except weekends, bank holidays + other national holidays and/or any other days that may be declared as a holiday by Lemonade. These orders can only be delivered on the same day if placed before 4 pm.

Liability Transfer After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to the courier company for delivery, all liability for the package passes to you, the customer.

This means that Lemonade is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur once the courier has taken possession of the package.

Lemonade will provide tracking information, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier for any delivery issues.

Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly with the courier service.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees related to the international shipment. Lemonade is not liable for any delays caused by customs or for any additional fees that may arise after the package is dispatched. Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not applicable to international orders due to customs issues.

We make every effort to ensure door delivery; however, we may not always be aware of dynamic or unexpected changes to trade, import, export, or related policies.

Address Changes

Address Changes: Customers can update their shipping address before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

Failed Deliveries: The courier will make three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to Lemonade, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 Packaging & Delivery Attempts

Packaging Types: We offer several types of packaging, including Standard, Seasonal Special, and Premium Gift Boxes. The packaging will be chosen based on product availability and customer requests.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt to deliver packages up to three times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to Lemonade, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Goods 

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, you must report the issue to Lemonade within 24 hours only.
Clear photographic evidence of the damage is required for claim processing.
Lemonade will assist with the claim process but is not liable for damages caused during transit.
The replacement of products will only be processed after the claim has been validated.

Insurance for High-Value Shipments 

High-value shipments may be insured upon customer request for an additional fee. If insurance is declined, the customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. Lemonade will not be liable for any uninsured shipments once they have left our facility.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for non-personalized items that are in unused, original condition. Customized products, including personalized orders, cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-8 working days after receiving the returned goods.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items with different production timelines, Lemonade will ship the entire order once all items are ready.
However, customers may request split shipments for an additional shipping fee. This must be communicated within 24-48 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Customer Responsibility for Customs & Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for understanding their country's customs regulations and paying any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Lemonade is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from issues at customs. Any costs incurred due to customs holds or rejections will not be refunded by Lemonade.

Signature & Verification Upon Delivery 

For security reasons, higher-value orders may require a signature or other forms of verification (such as OTP) upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and fails to verify their shipment, the package may be returned to the courier’s local depot or to Lemonade, with additional shipping fees charged for re-delivery.

Delays Beyond Lemonade’s Control

Lemonade will not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by events outside of its control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Lemonade will notify customers of significant delays but cannot be held accountable for any inconvenience caused.

Payment Link Requests

For bulk and other customized orders, payment links will incur an additional 2% processing fee. Please note, this fee is not charged by us but is directed entirely to the payment provider.
