I ordered two personalized cheese boards and 2 personalized pairs of chopsticks. I really really like the products I've received, but the packaging can be so much better. Mere bubble wrap and clingfilm won't help, because people can clearly see what's in the package - so if you're sending a gift, which I did, the contents are clearly visible and you can kiss the surprise element goodbye. I run a business too, so I know how customers change their perception of a brand based on packaging and branding efforts - hence thought of writing an honest review. I'd recommend reconsidering how you present the shipped product to the customer.
